Inbound Call Center Services

The Henne Group provides inbound call center support from its locations in San Francisco and Wyoming.  The two facilities combine to offer 55 telephone stations managed and monitored through a centralized server which allows for call routing between both locations for B2B.  At present, we have a team of agents tier one technical support for a policy research firm.
