Market Research in Rural Communities

Greybull, Wyoming-based Waller Hall Research (WHR) prides itself on its singular ability to understand and listen to the stories of Americans living in rural areas of the country, many of whom are largely underserved. By choosing its home base in America’s least densely populated state, WHR highlights its commitment to ensuring that America’s rural voices do not go unheard.

This past August, WHR held a virtual focus group of thirteen Wyomingites to discuss their political beliefs leading up to the state’s midterm primary in August. Wyomingites were asked to share their feelings on the federal government’s role in state politics and their views on the primary contest between Liz Cheney and Harriet Hageman. The findings from this focus group were reported in a nationally recognized newspaper.
